If GNSS processing, or processing in general, fails and the processing log has a line that says:
Data Export : Post-processed navigation data is not available for Export processor.
This could be due to automatic base-station download failing. SmartBase and Smart Select Single Base modes can be affected by this error code. This failure can have many potential causes, such as an upload failure to the NGS servers from the CORS station, station outages, etc.
If the CORS station(s) data were unable to be retrieved from the hosts POSPac uses to retrieve data, RINEX data may be manually downloaded from a web server and used through GRYFN Processing Tool with the User Specified Single Base option, allowing users to upload RINEX data for GNSS post-processing corrections.
A general link below allows users to navigate through year, day of year, and site name to retrieve station RINEX observation data.

Many stations may also have their data accessible through a dedicated FTP server. Indiana for example, where GRYFN is based, provides RINEX data for 30 days from each INDOT-managed CORS station which can be accessed through their FTP server (link below). Many other states and localities provide similar services.
