GNSS processing in POSPac can fail due to character limitations in the file path. Reduce file path character count by shortening GRAW name, moving to a higher directory tier, etc.

DEBUG The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.
In some instances, a file path error might be present without this error message reported. It seems directory path length will issue this warning, but not fully qualified file name. If the qualified file name is too long, you may see:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
