Typically this happens when PPK trajectory quality is poor. Try reprocessing GNSS data, or inspect the logs/reports from GNSS processing to assess quality.
If GNSS data is okay, and the issue is continuous, this could be indicative of a calibration issue. Please open a support ticket for investigation and next steps.
