Was the lens cap off? Check the raw cubes in ENVI, SpectralView, etc.
Are the PNGs being generated from raw or radiance cubes? If radiance, ensure the correct dark reference file and radiometric calibration files were used.
Possible issue during PNG creation. Try rebundling the data or regenerating PNGs through SpectralView or with other scripts.
